      近年来随着动力电池、储能电池产业的发展,对锂资源的需求还会进一步升级。文章介绍了全球锂资源现状,分析了三种锂辉石提锂技术路线:锂辉石矿石分选技术、锂辉石火法冶炼技术以及锂辉石湿法冶炼技术。重点介绍了水泥技术在锂辉石火法冶炼生产线的移植应用,水泥技术进入锂辉石火法冶炼行业之后,使锂辉石火法冶炼生产线稳定性、焙烧系统转型率、物料损失率、系统热耗等指标均有提高。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, with the development of the power battery and energy storage battery industries, the demand for lithium resources is expected to further increase. The article introduces the current global status of lithium resources and analyzes three technical routes for extracting lithium from spodumene: spodumene ore beneficiation technology, pyrometallurgical technology for spodumene, and hydrometallurgical technology for spodumene. It particularly highlights the application of cement technology in the pyrometallurgical production line of spodumene. The introduction of cement technology into the spodumene pyrometallurgical industry has improved several indicators of the production line, including stability, conversion rate of the roasting system, material loss rate, and system heat consumption.
