| 中亚地区作为煤炭生产和消耗大国,粉煤灰利用率低下导致环境负担加剧。为此,本文探讨了利用粉煤灰替代高岭土参与水泥生料配料的可行性。通过对比分析粉煤灰与高岭土的化学成分差异,并制定不同配料方案,结果表明,粉煤灰参与配料不仅能够稳定生料的化学成分和三率值,还能降低煤耗,且生产的熟料性能优异。 |

| Central Asia, as a major coal-producing and consuming region, faces increasing environmental burdens due to low utilization rates of fly ash. Thus, this paper explores the feasibility of using fly ash to replace kaolin in cement raw meal proportioning. Through comparative analysis of the chemical composition differences between fly ash and kaolin, and by formulating different proportioning schemes, the results indicate that incorporating fly ash not only stabilizes the chemical composition and three moduli values of the raw meal, but also reduces coal consumption. Furthermore, the produced clinker exhibits excellent performance. |
