      在水泥熟料库的设计过程中,出料皮带间距常依赖经验数据。为进一步实现对水泥熟料库的精细化设计,最大程度降低死料域,实现有效利用率最大化,本文以直径60 m熟料库为研究对象,通过离散元仿真、三维参数化建模、可视化编程等方法,探究熟料库底出料皮带间距与死料体积的关系,结果表明:当出料皮带间距为17 540 mm时,死料体积最小,库利用率最高,为不同条件下间距设计提供了精细化分析的方法。

      In the design process of cement clinker silos, the spacing between discharge belts often relies on empirical data. To further achieve refined design of cement clinker silos, minimize dead material areas, and maximize effective utilization, this paper takes a clinker silo with a diameter of 60 m as the research object. Through discrete element simulation, 3D parametric modeling, visual programming, and other methods, the relationship between the spacing between discharge belts at the bottom of the clinker silo and the volume of dead material is explored. The results show that when the spacing between discharge belts is 170540 mm, the volume of dead material is minimal and the utilization rate of the silo is highest, providing a refined analysis method for spacing design under different conditions.
