      本文探讨了CRC中前置辊式破碎机的设计特性与应用实践。该破碎机采用高度模块化设计理念,将设备合理拆分为多个单元部件。其中,破碎腔具有隔热与空气冷却双重保护机制,破碎辊轴有空冷和水冷两种方式。以计算机模拟和实测辊轴的内部温度为依据,有效地分析了热梯度和热梯度内应力的影响,并设计出三种不同材质的辊轴,实现高低性能和前后不同位置的搭配使用,使CRC中前置辊式破碎机能灵活布置于工艺所需的位置,直接破碎高温熟料。实际应用表明,CRC中前置辊式破碎机运行稳定可靠、破碎粒径可调、齿辊套磨损小、寿命长、运维简便,达到设计预期。

      This paper explores the design features and application practices of CRC pre-positioned roller crusher. The crusher adopts a highly modular design concept, dividing the equipment into multiple unit components. Notably, the crushing chamber incorporates dual protection mechanisms of thermal insulation and air cooling, while the crusher roller shafts offer optional air-cooled or water-cooled types. Based on computer simulations and measured internal temperatures of the roller shafts, the effects of thermal gradients and thermal gradient-induced stresses were effectively analyzed. Three roller shaft materials were designed to achieve a combination of high and low performance, as well as front and rear positional configurations. This enables the CRC pre-positioned roller crusher to be flexibly deployed at process-required locations for direct crushing of high-temperature clinker. Practical applications demonstrate that the CRC pre-positioned roller crusher operates stably and reliably, with adjustable particle size, minimal wear on the toothed roller sleeves, long service life, and simplified maintenance, meeting the design expectations.
