      本研究基于螺旋形减阻器理论,提出在C1旋风筒内筒增设导流板的优化方案。通过CFD模拟与工业试验验证,结果表明,导流板通过抑制旋流动能损失,旋风压损显著降低,分离效率略微下降。验证了导流板作为简化螺旋形减阻器的技术可行性与经济性,为水泥行业节能技改提供依据。
英文摘要:
      Based on the theory of helical drag reducers, this study proposes an optimized design involving the installation of flow guide plates within the inner cylinder of the preheater's C1 cyclone. CFD simulations and industrial trials demonstrate that the guide plates effectively reduce pressure drop in the cyclone by suppressing swirling kinetic energy dissipation, though with a slight decrease in separation efficiency. This verifies the technical feasibility and economic benefits of using guide plates as a simplified helical drag reducer, providing a foundation for energy-saving technological renovations in the cement industry.
