      采用钢渣作为粗、细骨料配制一种混凝土,通过掺入不同量脱硫石膏,研究了不同掺量下脱硫石膏对混凝土强度、体积稳定性、抗渗性能的影响。研究结果表明,通过合适比例(约占总胶材的10%)脱硫石膏的掺入,钢渣混凝土的微观结构得到明显改善,7 d和28 d强度可以提升2 MPa,抗渗提高一个等级,同时还减少了体系中矿粉的用量约30 kg,具有良好的社会经济效益。
英文摘要:
      This study prepared a type of concrete using steel slag as both coarse and fine aggregates, and investigated the effects of varying desulfurized gypsum (FGD gypsum) dosages on concrete strength, volume stability, and impermeability through experimental methods. The results demonstrate that incorporating an appropriate proportion of desulfurized gypsum (approximately 10% of the total binder materials) significantly improved the microstructure of steel slag concrete. Specifically, the 7 d and 28 d compressive strength increased by 2 MPa, and the impermeability grade was elevated by one level. Additionally, the system reduced the consumption of mineral admixtures by approximately 30 kg, demonstrating promising socio-economic benefits.
