| 在水泥生料助磨剂的生产应用中,精准测定固含量对产品质量把控与性能优化意义重大。为探寻固含量检测的最优方法及参数,本文对比 105 ℃烘箱法、卤素水分仪法、微量水分测定仪法的检测结果,开展了相关试验研究。结果表明,105 ℃烘箱法检测耗时久,微量水分测定仪法成本过高,而卤素水分仪法兼具高效与成本优势,是水泥生料助磨剂固含量检测的最佳选择。 |

| In the production and application of cement raw meal grinding aids, the accurate determination of solid content is of great significance for quality control and performance optimization. To explore the optimal method and parameters for solid content detection, this study conducted experimental research comparing the results of the 105 ℃ oven-drying method, halogen moisture analyzer method, and micro-moisture analyzer method. The results indicate that the 105 ℃ oven-drying method is time-consuming, while the micro-moisture analyzer method is excessively costly. In contrast, the halogen moisture analyzer method combines efficiency and cost advantages, making it the optimal choice for solid content detection in cement raw meal grinding aids. |
