| 在现场混凝土3D打印过程中,通常对打印制品不进行覆盖且养护工艺简便,导致3D打印混凝土构件存在较为严重的早期塑性收缩开裂和后期收缩问题。本文分析比较了各类内养护剂的作用及机理,着重介绍和研究了复合养护剂—改性超高吸水性聚合物(SAP)对3D打印混凝土收缩性能的影响。研究结果显示改性SAP对3D打印混凝土的流动度保持具有促进作用,添加了改性SAP的3D打印混凝土坍落度有所降低;SAP对3D打印混凝土的早期塑性收缩开裂有一定的缓解作用,对其后期收缩有改善作用。 |

| In the on-site concrete 3D printing process, printed objects are typically left uncovered and curing procedures are simplified. This leads to significant issues with early plastic shrinkage cracking and later-stage shrinkage in 3D printed concrete elements. This paper analyzes and compares the functions and mechanisms of various internal curing agents, with a particular focus on introducing and investigating the impact of a composite curing agent modified superabsorbent polymer (SAP) on the shrinkage performance of 3D printed concrete. The research results indicate that modified SAP promotes the retention of fluidity in 3D printed concrete, although the slump of concrete containing modified SAP decreases. Furthermore, SAP demonstrates a mitigating effect on early plastic shrinkage cracking in 3D printed concrete and shows improvement regarding its later-stage shrinkage. |
