      为了深入研究磨内研磨体运动规律以及能量传递强度,本文采用离散单元法颗粒系统仿真软件EDEM,以普遍使用的Φ4.2 m×13 m磨机为例,按1∶1比例建立回转筒体模型,筒体转速为15.8 r/min,采用20%和25%两种钢球填充率进行装载,对球磨机研磨介质能量分布、速度、相互之间的接触法向力及剪切力、筒体的转矩和所需功率、不同衬板对磨机功率的影响等进行研究, 结果表明:磨内钢球运动状态均呈现肾形蠕动状,磨内钢球能量较小,速度分布较均齐,一仓钢球所需功率要远远大于二仓所需功率,填充率增加,每吨钢球所需功率也会增加,不同衬板对钢球所需功率也有影响,对磨机节能降耗有一定的启示意义。

      In order to deeply investigate the movement patterns of grinding media and the intensity of energy transfer within the mill, this paper employs the discrete element method particle system simulation software EDEM. Taking the commonly used Φ4.2 m×13 m mill as an example, two models of the rotating cylinder with different liners are established at a scale of 1∶1. The cylinder rotates at a speed of 15.8 r/min and is loaded with steel balls at two filling rates of 20% and 25%. The study focuses on the energy distribution, velocity, contact normal force and shear force between steel balls, torque and required power of the cylinder, as well as the impact of different liners on the mill power. The results indicate that the steel balls within the mill exhibit a kidney-shaped creeping motion. The energy of the steel balls is relatively low, and their velocity distribution is relatively uniform. The power required for one bin of steel balls is much higher than that for two bins. As the filling rate increases, the power required per ton of steel balls also increases. Different liners also affect the power required for steel balls, providing insights into energy conservation and consumption reduction for the mill.
