      广西锦象水泥有限公司2×6 000 t/d水泥熟料项目水泥粉磨系统配置4套辊压机+开路球磨,系统通过辊压机预粉碎、三分离选粉机高效分选(细粉部分直送成品,粗粉入磨),结合半终粉磨工艺,通过改善物料易磨性、优化控制参数等技术措施,实现辊压机、磨机做功稳定,实现水泥粉磨增产降耗。

      At Guangxi Jinxiang Cement Co., Ltd.'s 2×6 000 t/d clinker project, the cement grinding system is equipped with four sets of roller press + open-circuit ball mill configurations. The system achieves stable power consumption for both the roller press and the mill, increasing cement grinding output while reducing energy consumption through the following technical measures: Pre-crushing by the roller press; Efficient classification via a tri-separator classifier (with fine powder directly conveyed as finished product and coarse powder fed into the mill); Implementation of semi-finish grinding process; Improving material grindability and optimizing control parameters.
