采用N,N'-二甲基乙二胺(MMEN)与碳酸钾共同修饰UiO-66用于模拟水泥窑烟气CO2捕集,在600℃下考察吸附剂中K2CO3和MMEN负载量对吸附性能的影响,结果发现两者的最佳负载量分别为20%和30%,MMEN30-K20/UiO-66获得最高CO2吸附量,为213 mg/g。分别将吸附饱和的样品在150 ℃和250 ℃的N2气氛下考察CO2脱附率,MMENx-K20/UiO-66在2500℃下的CO2脱附率为96.2%~99.8%,CO2吸附衰减率低于4%,表明该系列样品在2500℃下具有优异的CO2脱附性能。采用低温氮物理吸附和元素分析仪分别测试样品的比表面积、孔体积、孔径分布以及元素含量的变化。最后,分析材料对CO2的吸附机理,有机胺与碳酸钾共修饰UiO-66材料对CO2的吸附作用包括物理吸附、较弱的化学吸附以及较强的化学吸附。 |

UiO-66 was modified with N, N '- dimethylethylenediamine (MMEN) and potassium carbonate to simulate CO2 capture in cement kiln flue gas. The effects of K2CO3 and MMEN loading on the adsorption performance were investigated at 60 ℃. The results showed that the optimal loading amounts of both were 20% and 30%, respectively. MMEN30-K20/UiO-66 achieved the highest CO2 adsorption amount of 213 mg/g. The CO2 desorption rate of the saturated samples was investigated under N2 atmosphere at 150 ℃ and 250 ℃, respectively. The CO2 desorption rate of MMENx-K20/UiO-66 at 250 ℃ was 96.2% ~99.8%, and the CO2 adsorption decay rate was less than 4%, indicating that this series of samples has excellent CO2 desorption performance at 250 ℃. Low temperature nitrogen physical adsorption and elemental analyzer were used to test the changes in specific surface area, pore volume, pore size distribution, and elemental content of the samples. Finally, the adsorption mechanism of the material for CO2 is analyzed. The comodified UiO-66 material with organic amines and potassium carbonate exhibits physical adsorption, weak chemical adsorption, and strong chemical adsorption for CO2 adsorption. |
