      为响应国家“双碳” 目标,应对水泥工业高碳排放挑战,本文以海螺水泥为例,分析能效提升、原燃料替代、富氧燃烧、新能源利用及碳捕集利用等技术的实践效果。通过优化生产工艺,海螺水泥降低了吨熟料标煤耗 7 kg、电耗 6.7 kWh;2024 年海螺水泥使用替代燃料 357 万t,占煤炭用量 13%;新能源应用年减排 CO₂119.2 万t;碳捕集项目年产液态 CO₂5 万t。这些技术路径协同推进,为水泥行业绿色低碳转型提供了可借鉴的实践经验。
英文摘要:
      In response to the national “dual carbon” goal and the challenge of high carbon emissions in the cement industry, this article takes Conch Cement as an example to analyze the practical effects of technologies such as energy efficiency improvement, fuel/raw material substitution, oxygen enriched combustion, new energy utilization, and carbon capture and utilization. By optimizing production processes,Conch can reduce the consumption of standard coal per ton of clinker by 7 kg and electricity consumption by 6.7 kWh; In 2024, Conch Cement used 3.57 million tons of alternative fuels, accounting for 13% of coal consumption.The annual emission reduction of CO₂ by new energy applications is 1.192 million tons, and the annual production of liquid CO₂ by carbon capture projects is 50 000 t. These technological paths are synergistically promoted, providing practical experience for the green and low-carbon transformation of the cement industry.
