      针对HFCG160-140型辊压机双闭路联合粉磨系统存在的问题,如V型选粉机过料不均匀、水泥磨内物料流速过快、水泥成品率低、高效选粉机选粉效率不足及V型选粉机风道积料等,实施了工艺优化与设备改造。通过调整工艺参数、改进设备结构,有效解决了上述问题。优化与改造后,P.O42.5水泥电耗由27.5kWh/t降至24.38kWh/t,台时由255t/h提升至275t/h,显著降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率,为公司创造了良好的经济效益。
英文摘要:
      In response to the problems of the HFCG160-140 roller press double closed circuit combined grinding system,such as uneven feeding of the V-type powder selector,fast material flow rate in the cement mill,low cement yield,insufficient powder selection efficiency of the high-efficiency powder selector,and accumulation of material in the V-type powder selector air duct,process optimization and equipment renovation have been implemented.By adjusting process parameters and improving equipment structure,the above problems have been effectively solved. After optimization and renovation,the electricity consumption of P.O42.5 cement decreased from 27.5kWh/t to 24.38kWh/t, and the unit time increased from 255t/h to 275t/h,significantly reducing production costs and improving production efficiency,creating good economic benefits for the company.
