水泥行业的超低排放是企业可持续发展的必要要求。江西于都南方万年青水泥有限公司采用“SNCR+SCR+智能控制”的联合脱硝工艺实现了氮氧化物的超低排放。其中,SNCR采用精准脱硝技术,利用智能算法通过分解炉温度等参数得到氮氧化物生成浓度,并以此为指导实现氨水流量的精准控制,有效降低了氨水消耗量。系统投用后,NOx稳定期控制在45mg/m3以下,氨水用量491 L/h,折合吨熟料1.56 L/t.cl,氨逃逸平均1.21ppm,系统整体运行成本2.21元/t.cl。 |

Ultra low emissions in the cement industry are a necessary requirement for sustainable development of enterprises. Jiangxi Yudu Nanfang Wanqing Cement Co., Ltd. has achieved ultra-low emissions of nitrogen oxides through the combined denitrification process of "SNCR+SCR+Intelligent Control". Among them, SNCR adopts precise denitrification technology, using intelligent algorithms to obtain the concentration of nitrogen oxides generated through parameters such as decomposition furnace temperature, and using this as guidance to achieve precise control of ammonia water flow rate, effectively reducing ammonia water consumption. After the system is put into use, stable period of NOx is controlled below 45mg/m3, with an ammonia water consumption of 491 L/h, equivalent to 1.56 L/t.cl per ton of clinker. The average ammonia escape is 1.21ppm, and the overall operating cost of the system is 2.21 yuan/t.cl. |
