通过在不同强度等级混凝土(C30、C35、C40)中引入不同含泥量(3.0%、3.5%、4.0%、4.5%)的中砂,研究细骨料对混凝土和易性和抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明:在含泥量为3.0%时,各等级混凝土抗压强度均为最大值;表明砂中一定的含泥量对混凝土强度存在一定的提升作用,随着含泥量的增加混凝土强度随之下降;随着砂中含泥量的增加,C35、C40混凝土坍落度逐渐增加,而C30混凝土坍落度逐渐减小,表明砂中含泥量的增加对混凝土的和易性呈正相关趋势。 |

The effects of fine aggregates on workability and compressive strength of concrete were studied by introducing medium sand with different mud contents (3.0%, 3.5%, 4.0% and 4.5%) into concrete of different strength grades (C30, C35, C40). The test results show that when the mud content is 3.0%, the compressive strength of each grade of concrete is the maximum. The results show that a certain mud content in the sand has a certain effect on the concrete strength, and the concrete strength decreases with the increase of the mud content. With the increase of mud content in sand, the slump of C35 and C40 concrete gradually increased, while the slump of C30 concrete gradually decreased, indicating that the increase of mud content in sand had a positive correlation trend on the workability of concrete . |
