      某生产线运行期间,5级筒内结皮严重,绝大部分堆积在5级筒入口处,随着烟气旋流向下分布,结皮料中坚硬结皮和疏松结皮均有,颜色有白色和灰色。对结皮进行取样分析,得出结皮产生的主要原因有:(1) 原燃料中碱含量偏高;(2) 该线分解炉内煤粉燃烧不完全,存在后燃现象,5级筒温度出现倒挂;(3) 该系统内,碱含量、氯含量过剩,形成了较多的熔融物质,主要以KCl、K2SO4、CaSO4为主,且KCl含量均在10%以上,极大的降低了熔融物质的液相初析温度,从4级筒开始便出现结皮。

      During the operation of a production line, the crust in the 5-stage cylinder is serious, and most of it is accumulated at the entrance of the 5-stage cylinder, and with the downward distribution of the flue gas cyclone, there are both hard crust and crisp crust in the crust material, and the color is white and gray. The main reasons for the formation of crust are as follows:(1) the alkali content in the primary combustion material is high;(2) The combustion of pulverized coal in the decomposition furnace of the line is incomplete, there is aftercombustion, and the temperature of the 5-stage cylinder is inverted;(3) In the system, the alkali content and chlorine content are excessive, and more molten substances are formed, mainly KCl, K2SO4 and CaSO4, and the KCl content is more than 10%, which greatly reduces the initial liquid phase precipitation temperature of the molten substances, and crusting appears from the 4th stage cylinder.
