Abstract:Insulators are key components in the power transmission system. In order to achieve continuous, stable, large-scale, and intelligent production of ultra-high voltage insulator production lines, it is necessary to improve the early strength of cement adhesive used for adhesive type porcelain insulators. This research project is based on the intelligent production line construction project of Sinoma Jiangxi Electric Porcelain Electric Co., Ltd. It mainly studies methods to improve the early strength of cement adhesives from the aspects of cement variety, retarder type, mineral admixture dosage, etc. The experiment shows that by adding retarders and slag, the comprehensive performance of sulfoaluminate cement is better than that of early-strength Portland cement; At the same time, through the improvement of production process, the measurement of each component of the adhesive is accurate. By using the temperature of the company''s kiln exhaust gas to increase the temperature of the curing room, the early strength of the adhesive is improved, and the demolding speed is accelerated, which can meet the requirements of intelligent production line batch production. |
