      【摘要】 :绝缘子是电力输电系统中的关键组件,为实现特高压绝缘子生产线连续、稳定、大规模、智能化生产,有必要提高胶装型瓷绝缘子用水泥胶合剂早期强度。本课题研究依托中材江西电瓷电气有限公司(以下简称公司)的智能化生产线建设项目,主要从水泥品种、缓凝剂种类、矿物掺合料用量等方面研究提高水泥胶合剂早期强度的方案。试验表明通过掺加缓凝剂和矿渣后,硫铝酸盐水泥更优于早强型硅酸盐水泥的综合性能;同时通过生产工艺的改进,使得胶合剂各组分计量准确,利用公司窑尾废气温度来提高养护室温度以提高胶合剂的早期强度,加快脱模速度,即可满足智能化生产线批量生产要求。

      Abstract:Insulators are key components in the power transmission system. In order to achieve continuous, stable, large-scale, and intelligent production of ultra-high voltage insulator production lines, it is necessary to improve the early strength of cement adhesive used for adhesive type porcelain insulators. This research project is based on the intelligent production line construction project of Sinoma Jiangxi Electric Porcelain Electric Co., Ltd. It mainly studies methods to improve the early strength of cement adhesives from the aspects of cement variety, retarder type, mineral admixture dosage, etc. The experiment shows that by adding retarders and slag, the comprehensive performance of sulfoaluminate cement is better than that of early-strength Portland cement; At the same time, through the improvement of production process, the measurement of each component of the adhesive is accurate. By using the temperature of the company''s kiln exhaust gas to increase the temperature of the curing room, the early strength of the adhesive is improved, and the demolding speed is accelerated, which can meet the requirements of intelligent production line batch production.
