| After the SCR denitration device of a cement clinker production line with a scale of 5000t/d runs for 8000 hours, each layer of catalyst test blocks is taken out from the reactor to test the geometric size, appearance, microstructure, chemical composition, trace elements, wear strength and activity of the catalyst, etc. In this project, the performance test results of each layer of catalyst were compared with the new catalyst, the reasons for the change of catalyst performance indicators were analyzed, the law of catalyst performance attenuation was summarized, and management suggestions were put forward for the operation test of cement kiln catalysts. |
