      在我国公路由建设向养护和改扩建转变的阶段,大量废旧沥青混合料(RAP)的处治和使用成为一大难题,同时水泥混凝土的原材料来源也在不断减少,因此,将废旧沥青混合料资源化并合理利用于混凝土的生产中,是缓解资源紧缺和实现绿色化工程的有效手段。本文将RAP和乳化沥青掺入水泥混凝土中,利用正交试验分析了RAP掺量、水灰比和乳化沥青掺量对水泥混凝土力学性能的影响。得出了各因素对水泥混凝土抗压性能的影响排序为水灰比>RAP掺量>乳化沥青掺量,对水泥混凝土抗折强度的影响排序为乳化沥青掺量>RAP掺量=水灰比。
英文摘要:
      At the stage of the transformation from construction to maintenance and reconstruction of our country's highway, the treatment and use of a large amount of Recycle Asphalt Pavement (RAP) has become a major problem. At the same time, the source of raw materials for cement concrete is also decreasing. Therefore, the recycling of RAP and its rational use in concrete production is an effective means to alleviate the shortage of resources and realize green engineering. In this paper, RAP and emulsified asphalt are added into cement concrete, and the influence of RAP content, water cement ratio and emulsified asphalt content on the mechanical property of cement concrete is analyzed by orthogonal test. It is concluded that the order of the influence of various factors on the compressive performance of cement concrete is water cement ratio >RAP content > emulsified asphalt content,The order of influence on the flexural strength of cement concrete is emulsified asphalt content > RAP content = water cement ratio.
