| This paper introduces the construction technology of prestressed steel strand tensioning by using the vertical movable platform on the side of the silo instead of the scaffold. Through a series of engineering verification, a safe and reliable high-altitude tensioning system of prestressed silo is formed. Compared with erecting scaffold, using this device can save construction cost by 90% and shorten the project by 35%. |
