本文通过西部某地区500 t/d餐厨垃圾湿式厌氧发酵项目和5 000 t/d现代干法水泥熟料生产线为依据,探讨餐厨垃圾与水泥熟料生产线协同共生技术路线。分析研究表明,该路线可充分发挥双方系统特点,降低系统整体运行成本,具有较高的技术可行性和经济价值。 |

Based on the cases of the 500 t/d wet anaerobic fermentation project of food waste in a certain western region of China and the 5 000 t/d cement clinker production line with modern dry fermentation process, this paper discusses the technical route of the synergistic symbiosis between the food waste and the cement clinker production lines. Analysis and research show that this route can give full play to the characteristics of both systems, reduce the overall operating cost of the system, and has high technical feasibility and economic value. |
