| In view of the occurrence of coarse clinker particles in the cement of the open flow grinding system, the causes are found and treated step by step. Through a series of treatment and technical transformation, such as repairing the screen plate of the compartment plate, optimizing the grinding aid pipeline, transforming the screen plate of the dispersing classifier and increasing the steel wire mesh in the inner cylinder of the dispersing machine, the hard coarse particles in the cement are completely solved, the product quality is guaranteed, and the output of the mill is improved, The grinding power consumption is reduced. |
