| This paper described the burning process of a large asynchronous motor wound rotor and analyzed its reasons. From the perspective of operation and maintenance, the author provides some preventive measures. On the basis of Sinoma (Nanjing) self-developed module FC201 for medium voltage wire-wound motor, a motor control module for fine management of large asynchronous motor start-stop time protection was designed in the DCS control system, so as to ensure the operational reliability and normal service life of the same or similar type motors. |
