| In view of the problems existing in manual loading of ten million ton aggregate production line products, a set of control system including order management system, vehicle identification system, vehicle positioning, equipment and DCS system is designed. The whole system is connected into a whole by real-time industrial Ethernet communication protocol, which solves the problem of automatic loading of aggregate under large vehicle flow. |
