      本文通过物联网技术解决总部对异地各分公司立磨状况的实时操控和工艺指导的问题。通过在异地各立磨中控室安装物联网模块,用TCP/IP通讯协议,打通立磨PLC、中控室PG与物联网模块ZLAN8304N2-7的网络。在此基础上,通过DTU+云技术架构,构建总部和各分部立磨的生产网络,实现总部对异地各分公司生产状态实时监控和程序远程运维。经过半年多的实践,此方法成本低廉,安全可靠,扩展性好,可轻松实现对上百个驻外立磨系统的实时操控。
英文摘要:
      This paper solves the problem of real-time control and process guidance of the headquarters on the vertical grinding status of branches in different places through the Internet of Things technology. By installing the Internet of Things module in the central control room of each vertical mill, the network of the vertical grinding PLC, the central control room PG and the Internet of Things module ZLAN8304N2-7 is opened by the TCP/IP communication protocol. On this basis, through the DTU+cloud technology architecture, the production network of the headquarters and each branch of the vertical mill is constructed to realize real-time monitoring and remote operation and maintenance of the production status of the branches in different places. After more than half a year of practice, this method is low in cost, safe and reliable, and has good scalability. It can easily realize real-time control of hundreds of external vertical grinding systems.
