      针对生产线熟料冷却效果差的问题,对窑头落料区固定篦床实施面积加大改造,同时对风室供风、篦板间隙、灰斗锁风阀、导向轮进行优化,使熟料急冷效果得到改善,出料温度从之前的260 ℃以上降至目前的90 ℃左右,熟料质量及二次风温较大提高,煤耗明显降低,窑系统趋于稳定并良性循环。

      Aiming at the problem of poor cooling effect of clinker in production line, the fixed grate bed in the blanking area of kiln head was reformed by enlarging the area. At the same time, the air supply chamber, grate clearance, ash hopper lock valve and guide wheel were optimized, so that the quenching effect of clinker was improved. The temperature of clinker discharged was reduced from above 260 ℃ to about 90 ℃ at present, and the clinker quality was improved. The quantity and secondary air temperature are greatly increased, the coal consumption is obviously reduced, and the kiln system tends to be stable and virtuous cycle.
