      2014年8月福建省泉州美岭水泥有限公司两条Ф4.3 m×64 m回转窑突遇瀑雨雷击断电停窑,之后两条窑运行时大齿圈均震动异常、轮带与托轮接触面出现缝隙,窑尾口摆动大,漏料多,严重影响窑生产。同年底请武汉理工大学对两条窑体做在线检测诊断。现以2号窑为例,介绍回转窑及托轮位置和窑体弯曲变形的在线检测新技术应用,并实施窑弯曲矫正和调整,该窑恢复运转达到新窑安装标准。

      In August 2014 Fujian province Quanzhou mieling Cements Co.,Ltd. 2-Ф4.3 m×64 m meters rotary kiln encountered waterfall lightning power shutdown, after the kilns operation gear are abnormal vibration, tyre and roller contact surface cracks, the tail of the kiln has a large swing and more material leakage, serious influence on kiln production. At the end of the year, our company invited Wuhan University of Technology to do online testing for 2 kilns. Taking No.2 kiln as an example, the application of new technology for on-line detection of rotary kiln and wheel position and kiln bending is introduced, and the kiln is rectifying and adjusting, The kiln resumed operation to meet the installation standard of the new kiln.
