      针对#2水泥窑205000t/d水泥生产线存在电耗偏高、熟料实物煤耗和标准煤耗偏高,出窑熟料温度较高,氨水消耗量偏多等问题,通过采取对篦冷机、预热器系统、窑头、入窑生料喂料秤等进行改造,对系统保温和漏风进行处理,调整配料方案等措施,改造效果良好。

      In case of the problem power consumption is on the high side, physical and standardcoal consumption is on the high side, the kiln temperature of clinker is higher, the consumption of ammonia is more than the normal in the #2 5000 t/d cement clinker production line,taking measures on the grate cooler, preheater system, kiln head,feeding scale of raw material and so on,dealing with system heat preservation and air leakage, adjusting ingredients, the effect of reconstruction is good.
