      碳化是混凝土耐久性的重要指标之一,采用室内试验方式对钢纤维再生混凝土碳化进行研究,利用单因素试验方法,结合方差分析,系统地研究了钢纤维体积率、水灰比及再生粗骨料取代率对混凝土碳化深度的影响程度和规律。结果表明,当再生粗骨料取代率为50%时,钢纤维体积率为1%时,钢纤维再生粗骨料混凝土的碳化深度最小;影响钢纤维再生粗骨料混凝土碳化深度的非常显著影响因素为水灰比,显著影响的因素为再生粗骨料取代率,而钢纤维体积率的影响不显著。
英文摘要:
      Carbonation is one of the important indexes of durability on concrete, and the carbonation of steel fiber recycled concrete is studied at laboratory. Based on the single factor test method and the analysis of variance, the effects of different volume ratio of steel fiber, the different replacement and different water-concrete on the depth of concrete carbonization were systematically studied. The results show that when the ratio of recycled coarse aggregate is 50%, and when the volume ratio of steel fiber is 1%, the carbonation depth of steel fiber recycled concrete is the smallest; The significant influencing factors of carbonation depth of steel fiber recycled concrete is water-cement ratio, and the significant influencing factor is the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate, but the effect of steel fiber is not significant.
