      青州中联水泥有限公司6 000 t/d熟料生产线配套的第三代篦冷机熟料冷却后温度在210 ℃左右,熟料带走热耗较高。对此问题,该公司委托北京酷勒斯公司对该篦冷机进行改造,详细介绍了改造方案和过程,改造效果显著,熟料温度降低90 ℃以上,产量、质量、煤耗、余热发电量都有明显改观,改造比较成功。
英文摘要:
      The clinker of the third generation grate cooler matched with the 6000 t/d clinker production line of Qingzhou Zhonglian Cements Co., Ltd. is cooled at about 210 ℃, and the heat taken off by clinker is high. For this problem, the company commissioned Beijing Cool Technology Development Co. Ltd. to transform the grate cooler. This paper introduces the transformation scheme and process, and the transformation effect is obvious as the clinker temperature is decreased by over 90 ℃, and the yield, quality, consumption and waste heat power generation has a marked improvement, and the tranformation is successful.
