      通过比较两组完全相同组份制备的干混砂浆,研究了机制砂与天然河沙对干混砂浆含气量的影响,试验结果表明河沙可以获得高出机制砂4%的含气量,而机制砂中的石粉含量显著的降低了砂浆含气量;进一步比较SDS、AOS和改性松香酸钠三种引气剂在不同掺量下的干混砂浆含气量,可以发现随着掺加量的增加,使用SDS的砂浆含气量先下降低后增加;采用AOS的砂浆含气量则表现稳定;而采用改性松香酸钠的砂浆含气量则表现为先降低后增加,最后基本恒定。
英文摘要:
      Study the influence of air content into dry-mixed mortar preparative by the way of the mechanism of sand and natural river sand through Comparing the two sets of identical components preparation of dry-mixed mortar. The test results shows that the river sand can obtain 4 percent higher than the mechanism of sand of air content, and the mechanism of sand stone powder significantly reduces the air content of dry-mixed mortar by increasing dosage.Compare three kinds of air-entraining agent of SDS, AOS and modified rosin acid sodium under different content of dry-mixed mortar of air content further, and it is found that with the increase of added amount, the air content changes with reducing firstly and then increasing by using SDS indry-mixed mortar; But the air content is stable with using AOS in dry-mixed mortar ; And the air content is reducing firstly and then increasing by using modified rosin acid sodium in dry-mixed mortar, at last almost constant.
