| 带式输送机在运行过程中，在溜槽与导料槽之间经常会出现撒料溢尘现象，存在较严重的环境污染。为解决上述问题通常采用的方法是加装除尘器、洒水装置等。这些方法虽然在一定程度上暂时解决了问题，但需要长期和经常性的维护，这无疑增加了维护工作量，也增加了成本。针对撒料溢尘现象，衡阳运输机械有限公司对导料槽及溜槽进行了改进，从根本上解决了这一现象，消除了粉尘对环境的污染，极大地降低了维护工作量。 |

| Because of the change of coal quality and raw material composition， the phenomenon of excessive SO2 in cement enterprises is difficult to control effectively. In view of this situation， the paper introduces a desulfurizing method of spray drying， and the actual production as an example， analyzes the source of sulfur in the cement production process and the existing form of sulfur in every part of the system， and the method of spray drying process and production. The method has been applied to the new dry process clinker production line， and has achieved certain results. |
