| Develope a new type of high temperature ammonia desulfurization technology based on the emission characteristics of cement kiln.The technology mainly includes three parts: storage and transportation system of reaction agent ，injection system of the reaction agent， injection region selection strategy of reaction agent .The system sets up automatic control program，deeply integrates with the control system ， and adjust spray amount of ammonia automatically according to the concentration change of SO2 in preheater chimney. Appropriate amount of ammonia spray can make the emission concentration of SO2 in cement clinker production line completely below 200 mg /m3， and this technology can meet the needs of SO2 emission reduction in current stage of the cement plant . |
