| SIEMENS Expert Optimization Control System in the control of kiln and mill of Nigeria Ibese 2×6000 t/d cement plant built by Sinoma International Engineering Co.，Ltd. for example， by establishing a precise control model and real time online information， the control model can be predicted， optimized and modified， which can solve the common problems of energy consumption， efficiency and accuracy in the current operation control of cement industry to keep the kiln & mill running under the most optimized situation. Meanwhile， the system can greatly reduce the work intensity of the operator， solve the problem of various level operator operation effect， and reduce the affection of human factors on the system of cement production line. |
