      试验用经磁选后的热闷转炉钢渣尾渣代替天然砂石作骨料配制高强度混凝土,并与同强度等级的普通混凝土的力学性能和耐久性进行对比。试验结果表明,热闷尾渣可以代替60%天然砂石作骨料生产C50强度等级的钢渣混凝土,钢渣混凝土的抗压强度、抗氯离子渗透性能和耐磨性均优于普通混凝土,压蒸安定性和抗冻性均合格,不仅拓宽了钢渣综合利用途径,还能减少环境污染,节约自然资源,实现了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
英文摘要:
      The experiment is based on the method of using the residual converter steel slag, which having been processed by pyrolysis and magnetic separation, substituting the stone and sand to preparing the concrete.The comparison of this concrete’s various mechanical property and durability is made with the concrete of common strength.The result shows that the residual slag can substitute 60% natural stone and sand as aggregate in preparing the C50 slag concrete, which owns better performance of compressive strength,the chlorine ion perm eabihty resistance and the durability compared with the common concrete. And the steam pressure stability and the frost resistance meet the demands, which not only widen its comprehensive utilization path, but also reduce the environment pollution, save natural resources and achieve favorable economic and social benefits.
