| 民和祁连山水泥有限公司在2 000 t/d水泥熟料生产线高效节能减排增产技改项目中实施SNCR烟气脱硝工程，综述了其脱硝原理、性能参数选取、工艺流程及设备、脱硝效率等方面，并结合在线监测数据最终证实了窑尾烟气NOx完全可以采用低成本的SNCR脱硝技术来实现达标排放的目的，而且也不会产生氨逃逸量超标排放而二次污染环境。 |

| Minhe qilian mountain cement Co., Ltd. carries out SNCR flue gas denitration project with high efficiency， energy saving and emission reduction in technological upgrading project of 2 000 t/d cement clinker production line, which summarizes denitration principle, selection of performance parameters , technological process and equipment, the denitration efficiency, etc., and combining on-line monitoring data .It finally confirmed preheater flue gas of NOx that can completely using a low-cost SNCR denitration technology to realize the purpose of discharging standard, which also won't produce excess emissions of ammonia escape quantity and secondary pollution to the environment. |
