      水泥窑余热发电遵循以热定电的原则,根据余热条件采取定制化热力系统。为尽可能提高主蒸汽过热度,AQC锅炉内通常设置公共过热器以尽可能的提高汽机进汽过热度。本文以某海外3 500 t/d水泥余热发电工程为例,定量分析了主蒸汽过热度对余热发电机组性能的影响。结果表明,主汽过热度越大,主汽流量有所降低,低压补汽流量略有上升,汽机热耗汽耗显著降低,AQC锅炉排烟焓略有上升,总体说来,过热度越大机组经济性越好。
英文摘要:
      Waste-heat power generation system for clinker line is designed on the actual condition of the waste heat source, so the primary principle for any utilization of waste heat is that all the techniques are developed on the features of specific waste heat condition. Aiming to get as deeply super heated main steam as possible, the usual practice is to collocate a public super heater inside AQC waste heat boiler to further heat up the main steam derived from AQC. In the following context, a clinker line with a rated output capacity of 30500 t/d is taken as an example, the influences of AQC waste heat boiler’s public super heater’s design on the performance of the whole waste-heat power generation system are closely analyzed quantitatively. Results show that the hotter the main steam is, the lower the steam and heat consumption for unit power output of turbine are; Though the enthalpy of exhaust gas of AQC boiler rises a little while the enhancement of final publicly super heated steam temperature, just slightly, too weak to bring any results, so broadly speaking, the higher the final super heated steam temperature is, the better the performance of waste-heat power generation system is.
