      研究了粉磨时间对建筑垃圾细度和活性的影响,同时就粉磨方式、建筑垃圾掺量、与其它工业废渣及外加剂复掺对砌筑水泥性能影响进行了系统研究。结果表明:建筑垃圾的易磨性较好,粉磨15 min其比表面积即可达到434 m2/kg;随着建筑垃圾掺量的增加,试样强度下降明显,凝结时间显著增加;相同建筑垃圾掺量下分别粉磨得到水泥的强度显著高于混合粉磨。建筑垃圾与其它工业废渣复掺制备的砌筑水泥强度均高于单掺建筑垃圾;当水泥配合比为熟料∶石膏∶建筑垃圾∶粉煤灰∶钢渣=35∶5∶30∶15∶15时,在外加剂的作用下,得到的水泥满足GB/T 3183—2003《砌筑水泥》要求。
英文摘要:
      The paper studies the influence of grinding time on fineness degree and activity of construction waste ,and systematacially studies the influence of grinding way , mixing of construction waste other industrial waste and cement admixtures on the masonry cement at the same time.The results show that construction waste owns good grindability and specific surface area attains 434 m2/kg in15 min. With the increasing content of construction waste, the strength significantly decreases and the setting time significantly increases. Under the same dosage of construction waste, the strength of respectively grinding cement is significantly higher than mixed grinding. The strength of masonry cement with construction waste mixed other industrial waste is higher than that of only mixing construction waste. When the mixing ratio of cement clinker∶gypsum∶construction waste∶fly ash∶steel slag is 35∶5∶30∶15∶15, the properties of cement meet the requirement of GB/T3183—2003 "masonry cement" with the influence of additives.
