| 以某厂均化库悬臂式堆料机为例，随运行时间的增长，各种问题逐渐暴露，维护检修越来越频繁，高故障率严重影响了生产线的正常运行。针对一系列问题对悬臂式堆料机进行改造。改造后，由于拆除大量元器件，故障点相应减少，节省了元器件更换费用；程序改造使堆料机增添了功能；更换有关元器件，使设备工作更加可靠，减少了现场扬尘，设备维护费用降低。 |

| Taking cantilever stacking machine of the homogenizer in some factory for example,with the growth of running time, it gradually exposes various problems.Which maintenance is more and more frequent, high failure rate seriously affects the normal operation of the production line.Modify cantilevered stacker for the series of problems .After transforming, because of decreasing abundant components, less fault points , save the cost of component replacement ;Program transformation makes the stacker functional;Replace on components to make the equipment work more reliable and reduce the dust at site, so equipment maintenance cost reduces. |
