      对AXNW水泥厂2 500 t/d生产线进行热工标定并分析,该厂熟料产量平均在2 850 t/d,超过设计产量的14%。系统烧成热耗3 308.69 kJ/kg,高于全国平均水平。C1筒出口温度为290 ℃,处于国内先进水平,其氧含量达到4.9%,偏高。篦冷机冷却效果欠佳,风室存在风短路现象,直接影响了熟料质量和余热发电量,热回收效率偏低。该烧成系统还有较大的提升潜力,如果通过改进和优化,精细化管理和操作,熟料产能还可以得到进一步的提高,热耗及电耗可明显下降。
英文摘要:
      Thermal calibration and analysis of the 2500 t/d clinker production line of AXNW cement plant show that its average yield is 2 850 t/d which is 14% more than the designed capacity. The heat consumption of clikner sintering system is 3308.69 kJ/kg, which is higher than the national average level. The temterature of the C1 stage outlet is 290 oC, which is in the domestic advanced level; and the oxgen content reaches 4.9%, which is a little high. The cooling effect of grate cooler is bad, and there is wind short circuit phenomenon in wind chamber, which resulted in bad clinker quality and poor waste heat power generation and low heat recovery efficiency. The firing system still has great promotion potential, and by improvment and optimization, elaborate management and operation, the clinker production capacity can also be further improved as the heat and power consumption be decreased.
