| 新型干法生产线几乎都遇到过篦冷机长“雪人”情况，影响设备的正常运转。针对这一问题，分析篦冷机雪人的形成原因及清理措施，从设计结构出发，形成了优化后活塞式推雪人装置，介绍了该装置的结构、使用方法及维护。实际应用表明：该装置具有设备结构简单可靠、空间布局合理等优点，彻底解决了推雪人装置头部与篦冷机壳体密封问题，效果较好。 |

| The new dry process production lines have almost encountered the situation of ‘Snowman’in grate cooler which affects normal operation. To solve this problem, analyze the causes and clean-up measures ‘Snowman’in grate cooler, starting from the design structure, forming optimized device of piston push snowman.It introduces the device of its structure, use and maintenance. Practical application shows that: the device has a simple and reliable structure, reasonable space layout, etc.and solves sealing problems betweenthe head of push snowman device and cooler housing,which has good effect. |
