| Aiming at the cargo packaging problem frequently emerges in the international cement EPC project undertook by domestic corporation, target,orientation and measures of strengthening packaging management were put forward from three aspects of strengthen the quality of packaging,saving cost and refining packing. And stressed that packaging management must be based on three basic principle of cost,construction period and utility, must not go into the "dead end" of excessive packaging. |
