| 从水泥生产的角度，探讨了商品混凝土生产和质量控制的特点。通过混凝土短流程、多组分、零库存、易感性和时效性的分析得出混凝土作为湿化学反应，其在搅拌后各种性质处于动态过程；商混质量控制应该立足前端流程改造，强化后端性能预测分析；商混与水泥生产有较大的不同，但两者应该相互吸收借鉴，可为混凝土质量控制人员提供创新思路。 |

| From the perspective of cement production, commodity concrete production and quality control points were discussed. By anslysis of concrete's short flow, multi-component, zero stock, susceptibility and timeliness, it is found that as a wet chemical reaction,properties of concrete are in dynamic process after mixing. So quality control of ready-mixed concrete should be based on front-end process improvement and strengthen back-end performance forecase analysis. Ready-mixed concrete production is different form cement production, but the two processes can use for reference each other, which providing innovative indeas for quality control. |
