在《一种水泥旋风预热器窑余热发电方法——烟气分流法》(2011年第3期《水泥工程》刊发)的基础上,对该方法的技术内涵作了进一步剖析。着重论述了宏观高固气比、微观高固气比本质上的差异,指出只有高的宏观固气比,才能有效地提高预热器热效率;简要分析了热效率的提高不仅体现在预热器子系统,而且也体现在分解炉以及包括SP炉在内的系统热效率;具体剖析了高的系统热效率、高参数(温度)烟气和将原预热器出口烟气热焓转移并浓缩于烟气中这三者与高发电量、低热耗的因果关系。 |

On the base of "A power generation method with waste heat of cyclone pre-heat system —— flue gas distributary" (published on the third period of Cement Engineering in 2011), a further analysis was made for technical connotation of the method. The essential difference between macro high solid-gas ratio and micro high solid-gas ratio were focused on, and it was pointed out that only high macro solid-gas ratio can improve effectively the heater's thermal efficiency. And it was analysed in brief that the increase of thermal efficiency was not only in preheater but also in calciner and SP furnace. And the causality relationship between the three factors of high system thermal efficiency,high parameter(temperature) flue gas and transfering and concentrating enthalpy of old preheater outlet gas in flue gas and high power generation nad low heat consumption. |
